I offer EMDR therapy to individuals in the comfort of their own homes*, as well as virtually. EMDR is a highly effective form of psychotherapy that can help alleviate symptoms of trauma, anxiety, low mood, phobias, and intrusive thoughts. This list is not exhaustive. It is also complemented by utilising an integrative approach to therapy to meet the unique needs of individuals.

Empowering mental wellbeing through EMDR therapy

At HELPTOHEAL2024, I specialise in providing EMDR therapy to address a wide range of mental health and wellbeing issues. My approach focuses on helping individuals heal from trauma and manage distress to improve their overall mental wellbeing. I believe in the power of EMDR and its significant scientific evidence base to bring about positive transformations in clients' lives. I also believe in the use of an integrated approach to tailor to the exact needs of people. 

A little about me

I have a Post Graduate Certificate in EMDR Psychotherapy and am able to use this across all Mental Health/wellbeing presentations, not just trauma. I have also been a Psychiatric Nurse (RMN) for nearly 26 years, which helps me use a broad range of complementary and integrative interventions alongside EMDR to help promote healing and change in behaviours. 

My prices start currently from 50.00 for mobile/online 50 minute sessions.

Trauma Healing Expertise
